Oversee and support Apartment Coordinators
Guide & support apartment coordinators in execution of team objectives listed here.
Work with apartment management staff to ensure successful relationships between CAE, cadets and the community. Create regular cadet engagement activities at the apartments. Address cadet concerns as needed.
Cadet Arrivals and Departure processes:
Schedule transportation for arrivals and departures. Meet cadets at airport arrivals. Ensure apartment is ready for cadet to move-in on agreed date. Ensures apartment inventory is readily available for apartments. Schedules apartment inspections to include move-ins and move-outs. Create and provide demonstrations on how to maintain a clean apartment. May conduct apartment tours.
Manages & conducts monthly inspections:
Coordinates and assigns visual inspections, documents status of apartments, and creates work orders. Ensures work orders are completed to company standards
Communicates additional charges to cadet.
Schedules and coordinates maintenance, housekeeping and carpet cleaning as needed. Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting apartment complexes with completed Service Requests on an as needed basis. Ensures that vendor has completed work and collects invoice. Prepares purchase requests for payment.
Ensures offices are clean and organized. Assists with purchasing, tracking, distribution and storage of furniture and household items.
Tracking, planning and facilitating cadet movement through the cadet housing reports/spreadsheets, update information in a timely manner. Distribute cadet ticket requests. Organizes files, create and facilitate all applicable capacity and financial reports, leases, and other paperwork. Manage inventory for apartments including tracking, purchasing creating orders through Oracle. Other duties may be assigned.
