Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:         

Back up for Schedules resources to accomplish instructor training, client training, demonstrations, and assists with reservations

·         Reviews Training Mgr schedules to set up Letter of Authority (LOA)

·         Compiles, analyses and interprets data requiring knowledge of departmental policies and procedures

·         Review sales input and develop and implement recommendations for regulatory compliance and client satisfaction

·         Ensure all events are assigned within JAR, CFAR 142, FAA Parts 135 & 61 regulations

·         Schedule Instructor resources for maximum productivity

·         Communicates schedule changes in a timely manner with all involved parties.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

·         Customer-centric with experience and success providing customer service

·         Strong communication skills

·         Good organization skill and ability to prioritize work tasks

·         Dynamic team player

·         Excellent knowledge of English, read, written and spoken

·         Thorough understanding of aircraft terminology is highly preferred

·         Demonstrated Expert knowledge of MS-Office tools and suite and assisting users

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

·         Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in selecting and interpreting information

Education Required:

·         High School Diploma required

Experience Required:

·         1-3 years of relevant experience in scheduling, planning or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
